PanGeo To Acquire Quest
PanGeo, Montreal, Canada, has agreed to acquire Quest Consumer Health Care, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from Boeh­ringer Ingelheim Canada for approximately $14 million. Pursuant to the agreement, PanGeo will acquire the contract to manufacture product for Boehringer Ingelheim for distribution in the U.S. and distribute Pharmaton products for Boehringer Ingelheim in Canada. PanGeo will also acquire a cGMP manufacturing plant, the Quest brand and other internationally recognized brands.
